Increasing our headcount…

We have made two new hires, taking the total headcount to 40…

The new team members include two Senior Occupational Health Advisors based at our newly acquired state-of-the-art clinic at Balliol Business Park, Newcastle.

Sharon Marley, senior occupational health advisor, said of her new role: “Even before I joined NPH, my first impression was – wow. It’s such a progressive forward-thinking business that genuinely cares about its staff and its customers.

“I’m passionate about occupational health and the value it can bring businesses. It’s imperative that we raise awareness of the benefits of a gold standard occupational health service, which can, and will, improve productivity, as well as employee welfare all round.”

Mark Philpott, our CEO at NPH Group, said: “We are delighted to be able to hire new people and are still actively recruiting for further occupational health and wellbeing roles. The new hires are settling in well and getting used to our ways of working and adopting our motto of, little things, big difference.”

Kerry Clark said of her new role as a senior occupational health advisor: “I am very excited to be part of NPH’s rapid expansion. As further awareness around occupational health and wellbeing is raised, a lot of my role will be about reacting to an ever-changing industry and helping clients to ensure their workforce is able to perform at their fullest capability.”

Looking to the future, Philpott added: “We’re looking to revolutionise the space of occupational health by focussing together on occupational health plus health and wellbeing. We want to make occupational health less of a tick in the box exercise but rather a proactive endeavour that employers want to take for the health and wellbeing of their staff. The two truly do go hand in hand.

“We’ll be working hard to make occupational health and wellbeing easier to understand, easier to discuss and easier to access, as we work to destigmatise conversations about health and uphold a hybrid model of remote and in-person support.”
