People Operations Manager

Kerry is our People Operations Manager. She joined NPH Group in 2019 as part of the business support team and quickly progressed into an operations role, helping the business navigate the pandemic by supporting the teams and external partners to deliver Covid-19 testing services across a variety of contracts.

As the People Operations Manager, Kerry looks after our HR requirements supporting the business and our people. Her focus is ensuring our staff are recruited and trained to the highest standard to deliver our occupational health and wellbeing services.

“Prior to working for NPH Group I taught dance classes and organised dance events in the North East, I still love dancing and keeping active is important to me. I’m a proud mum to 3 boys and a dog! They keep me busy outside of work and we love getting out for walks, exploring new places. In my role, It’s important to me to find out what makes our people happy, listen to what they need and look at how we can support or improve ways of working for everyone across the team.”
