Together, these applications provide a platform, through which face-to face and self-testing can be undertaken and reported. The technology solution can be adapted to suit fluid situations and meet the needs of individual businesses, health authorities and Governments. We deliver these services in partnership with BHA Medical.

We helped virgin with face-to-face testing for their 3- and 4-day sailings from the UK last year. This year they have adopted the postal self-testing solution with iMed to allow their sailors the option to test at home with a 48hr window before going on their cruise.
This year, our client was also hosting several large-scale entertainment events on their ships, attracting large crowds of visitors each time.

Solutions
As requirements changed throughout the pandemic, our solutions had to remain flexible and proactive. These services included the below:
•Temporary testing facility that was a clinician led testing centre made available onsite for sailors to ensure they can provide the negative test result required to board (certificate provided via iMed app)
•Drop-in self-test centre made available onsite for sailors to ensure they can provide the negative test result required to board, supervised by clinical staff (certificate provided via iMed app)
•Home delivery of self-testing kits for UK, USA & rest of Europe, using our dedicated distribution centres across the world

Our client requested a dedicated, private testing clinic for their passengers to attend prior to embarking their flight ahead of their cruise. This clinic was hosted within Newcastle airport and consisted of face-to-face testing undertaken by trained clinicians and aided by support staff to ensure a safe, seamless, and stress-free experience.
Passengers were required to do an antigen test on departure. We provided a special clinic at the airport to ensure that all passengers received an antigen test within the 3-hour window before boarding the plane. Results were processed through Test Manager and certificates would be emailed directly to passengers allowing them to proceed to check in.

Solution
•A private clinic set-up specifically for passengers of the cruise-dedicated flights, hosted within the main airport building (Certificate provided via email)
•Access for all cruise passengers to attend F2F clinician led testing, ensuring the peace of mind and safety for every traveller embarking (Certificate provided via email)

Test Manager

Our Test Manager application is designed to help businesses stay legally compliant by reporting results within 24hrs of a test. It’s a fast, simple, secure, and UKHSA approved way to submit your test data.

NPH iMed mobile application

Employees, visitors, and clients can either test at home or on-site then upload their test results to the app. Verified results are shown in real-time on your business dashboard so you can monitor who has done a test, when it was done and the result – saving you time and enabling you to maximise the number of productive hours in your workforce whilst building confidence amongst your employees and clients.
