Customer Operations Manager

Johnny is our Customer Operations Manager here at NPH Group, working within the Management team. Before joining NPH Group in early 2021, he had previously worked in the energy industry as Head of Customer Relations, and before that within primary education.

As our Customer Operations Manager, his primary focus is supporting our clients and driving business and service development, while growing our client portfolio and supporting our marketing function. He is also our main representative at events and expos, talking about our Core Services and the value that we as an Occupational Health & wellbeing provider can offer to businesses.
